These Terms apply to all users, including customers, clients, event/retreat participants, Boutique Ambassadors, UGC creators, performers, partners, and visitors. 1. Scope of Services These Terms apply to all Innately You™ digital properties, including: InnatelyYou.co shop.innatelyyou.co any future subdomains all social media accounts all online platforms, programs, and digital content Your use of any of these Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. 2. Eligibility & Minors Policy You must be at least 18 years old to: apply for or receive coaching participate in events, retreats, workshops, or in‑person experiences join the Boutique Ambassador program participate as a performer, facilitator, or collaborator Minors & Parental Consent Minors under 18 may: purchase boutique products only with parental or legal guardian approval attend events or retreats only with written parental consent AND with a parent/guardian physically present By permitting a minor to make a boutique purchase, the parent or guardian: accepts full responsibility for the transaction agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor assumes all liability for the minor’s actions waives any claim that the minor lacked authority Minors may not participate in coaching, programs, or any service requiring legal consent. 3. Accuracy of Information We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or service details are error‑free. We may correct errors or update information at any time. 4. Purchases, Billing & Boutique Policies By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. We reserve the right to: refuse or cancel orders limit quantities update pricing verify information before fulfillment All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Boutique Fulfillment We use a fulfillment partner to ship orders. We do not disclose or reference suppliers. Shipping times vary by location. Lost or stolen packages must be handled with the carrier. Order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns & Refunds — U.S. Orders Accepted only for: damaged items defective items incorrect items missing items International Orders All international orders are final sale. Coaching, Programs & Digital Services Coaching and digital programs are for personal development and educational purposes only. Coaching Disclaimer — What Coaching Is & Is Not Coaching provided by Innately You™ is a supportive, educational, and personal‑development service. Coaching: • IS guidance, mindset support, accountability, and personal growth • IS NOT therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychological care, legal advice, or financial advice • does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical condition • does not replace licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that: • you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes • emotional responses may occur during mindset or personal‑development work • the Company is not liable for emotional distress, triggers, or perceived negative outcomes • results vary and are not guaranteed 6. Events, Retreats & In‑Person Experiences By registering for or attending any event, retreat, workshop, or in‑person/virtual experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk You voluntarily assume all risks associated with: travel physical activity emotional or mindset work group interactions environmental conditions third‑party venues or vendors Ticket Transfers & Credits If you cannot attend: You may transfer your ticket to another person with written approval, OR You may receive a credit equal to the amount paid (valid for 12 months) Requirements: Must notify us at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the event Credits cannot be redeemed for cash Credits cannot be applied to boutique purchases Transfers and credits are granted at our discretion If the Company cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit. No Liability for Physical or Emotional Injury To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innately You™ is not liable for: physical injury illness accidents property damage emotional distress psychological injury mental health impact outcomes related to coaching or mindset work Media Release By attending, you grant permission for photography, video, and audio recording for marketing and promotional use. 6A. Event, Retreat & Property Liability Disclaimer By attending any event, retreat, workshop, or in‑person experience, you acknowledge and agree that: • you assume all risks associated with travel, lodging, physical activity, emotional work, and group participation • the Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property • the Company is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or issues with third‑party venues • participation in physical, somatic, or mindset activities is voluntary and at your own discretion 6B. Practitioner Services, Bodywork & Wellness Modalities Events and retreats may include optional services such as massage, fascia work, somatic practices, muscle testing, energy work, or other holistic modalities. These services are provided exclusively by independent practitioners (“Practitioners”). You acknowledge and agree that: • Practitioners are not employees or agents of Innately You™ • Practitioners must carry their own licensing, certifications, and liability insurance • you may be required to sign a separate waiver before receiving services • the Company is not responsible for injuries, misalignments, discomfort, or adverse effects from Practitioner services • participation is voluntary and at your own risk 7. Boutique Ambassador Program Boutique Ambassadors agree to: represent the brand respectfully follow program guidelines submit authentic content comply with FTC disclosure rules Boutique Ambassadors may be removed at any time for violations. 7A. Ambassador, Affiliate & Creator Liability Reinforcement Ambassadors, affiliates, and creators act as independent contractors. The Company is not responsible for: • their statements, representations, or content • compliance with advertising laws • injuries, damages, or disputes arising from their actions • any promises, claims, or guarantees made by them 8. UGC Creators & Content Contributors UGC creators, content creators, and collaborators (“Creators”) agree that: all submitted content may be used for marketing, PR, and brand promotion Creators are not employees compensation varies by campaign Creators must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines Creators are responsible for the legality of their own content The Company is not responsible for legal issues arising from a Creator’s failure to comply with advertising laws. 9. Performers & On‑Site Talent Performers, entertainers, speakers, or facilitators (“Performers”) agree that: they are independent contractors they must carry their own liability insurance they assume all risks associated with performing they are responsible for their own safety and conduct the Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages involving Performers Performers may be removed for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. 9A. Talent Agency Disclaimer Innately You™ is not a talent agency, management company, casting service, or employment provider. Performers, speakers, facilitators, and collaborators acknowledge that: • the Company does not procure work, negotiate contracts, or represent talent • all Performers are independent contractors • the Company is not responsible for employment, wages, or labor‑related claims 10. Wellness Practitioners & Bodywork Services Events and retreats may include optional wellness services such as: muscle testing fascia release massage somatic practices bodywork holistic modalities These services may be provided by independent practitioners (“Practitioners”). Practitioners are: not employees of Innately You™ responsible for their own licensing, certifications, and insurance solely liable for any injuries, claims, or damages arising from their services Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. 10A. Practitioner Liability Reinforcement Practitioners providing wellness, somatic, bodywork, or holistic services at any event or retreat are solely responsible for: • their professional conduct • their techniques, modalities, and recommendations • their licensing, certifications, and insurance • any injuries, misalignments, discomfort, or adverse effects arising from their services The Company is not liable for any Practitioner‑related claims. 11. User‑Generated Content & Media Usage Rights By submitting content (testimonials, photos, videos, reviews, etc.), you grant the Company a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide, perpetual license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You may choose: full name first name only initials only If no preference is stated, we may display your first name and last initial. 12. Intellectual Property All content on Innately You™ platforms is owned by the Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission. 13. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: misuse the website or Services attempt to hack or disrupt systems impersonate the brand engage in fraudulent activity violate any laws 14. Protection of Company, Owner & Associated Parties To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim, dispute, or demand arising from your use of our Services may be brought only against the Company, and never against: the owner(s) family members employees contractors consultants Boutique Ambassadors affiliates investors partners volunteers representatives All such individuals are expressly released from liability. 15. Third‑Party Liability Disclaimer The Company is not responsible for: third‑party vendors practitioners facilitators performers collaborators contractors wellness providers transportation providers venue staff Each third party is solely responsible for their own actions and liability. 17. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for: indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages loss of data loss of profits delays or failures caused by third‑party carriers or platforms user misuse of products or services Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question. 17A. Future Services, Products & Platform Disclaimer These Terms apply to all current and future offerings of Innately You™, including but not limited to: • new product categories • supplements, powders, cosmetics, or wellness items • new coaching programs or certifications • new digital platforms, memberships, or communities • new events, retreats, or in‑person experiences By continuing to use the Services, you acknowledge that all disclaimers, limitations of liability, and assumptions of risk apply equally to all future expansions of the brand. 18. Binding Arbitration Agreement Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of our Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
